Hospice of Douglas County Caring and Sharing Support group meeting will be Thursday, February 29th – 1:30-3:00 p.m. at Horizon Public Health, Conference Room 4. Please park in the lot off 9th and Elm and enter through Social Services door.
Grief affects the entire person, not just emotionally, but it is also physically demanding. Come and learn how grief can affect you physically and learn some wellness strategies to better care for yourself as you move through the grieving process.
